Before each shift, grease the bearings of the follower guide frame (the base on the drill pipe of the machine-locking rod rotary drilling rig) and the hoist (wire rope connector) before each shift. During operation, frequently inspect the oil pipes and seals for damage and have spare parts on hand for emergencies. Regularly check bolts and pins for looseness, wear, or breakage, and replace them promptly if damaged. Always monitor electrical relays for aging and have spare parts readily available. Regularly check the wire rope and hook for integrity. The wire rope must be arranged neatly on the main winch drum; any disorganization should be rewound.
SDLQ Heavy Industry's small rotary drilling rigs feature operating and maintenance diagrams in the cab, making them very convenient for operators. Operators must strictly follow the manual when maintaining the rotary drilling rig to ensure proper operation and generate continuous profits.
