Precautions for beginners when starting a rotary drilling rig for the first time

Instructions for the operation of tracked rotary drilling rig, pile drivers should pay attention to the following points during the pile driving process to avoid accidents!

1. The top of the column of the crawler rotary drilling rig (hereinafter referred to as the rotary drilling rig) should be equipped with a red light, which must be on at night to indicate a height warning sign. The user should install it according to the actual situation.

2. The top of the column of the tracked rotary drilling rig should be connected with a lightning rod according to regulations, and work should be stopped when struck by lightning.

3. When the rotary drilling rig is working, the track should be against the ground.

4. If the working wind force is greater than level 6, the pile driver should be stopped and an oil cylinder should be used as auxiliary support. If necessary, a cable wind rope should be added for fixation.

5. During track pile driving operations, it is necessary to avoid collisions between drill rods, steel cages, and other components and the columns.

6. It is strictly prohibited to move the pile frame when drilling drill rods into the ground or driving piles into the ground.

When drilling with a tracked rotary drilling rig, the current of the ammeter should not exceed 100A. When the current exceeds 100A, the drilling rod should be stopped from being lowered, but the power head should continue to drill. Only when the current drops below 100A and stabilizes can the drilling rod be slowly lowered.

When pulling and pressing the pile, the front of the pile frame should not be lifted.

9. Crawler pile frame travels and moves the pile position. The pile frame uses a crawler to travel and a rotating mechanism to accurately align with the pile position. When the pile frame position cannot meet the requirements of the pile position, it can move forward and backward or rotate.
