Safety first!
High efficiency has always been our goal. No matter what we do, we want to complete it efficiently and without causing excessive losses. Large machinery like excavators often dig up water and oil pipes during construction, causing accidents. The same is true for rotary drilling rigs. Even the slightest carelessness can lead to accidents, so it's absolutely necessary to take preventative measures before starting. Below, we'll introduce the safe and efficient methods for operating rotary drilling rigs.#hammer pile driving machine#

1. When using a drilling rig, clear the hole and surrounding areas of any obstructions, such as rocks, according to the rig's manual.
2. The work site should be within 200 meters of the power transformer or main power line, and the voltage during startup should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
3. The motor and control box should be properly grounded.
4. Before installation, inspect and confirm that the drill pipe and its components are free of deformation. After installation, the centerline of the drill pipe and the power head should be allowed to deviate by 1% of their total length.
5. After installation, the power supply frequency should match the pointer on the frequency conversion switch in the control box. If they differ, use the frequency conversion switch to change the frequency.
6. The drilling rig should be placed in a stable and secure position. For mobile drilling rigs, the outriggers should be properly set up, the tires raised, and the tappets adjusted using automatic trimmers or plumb bobs to maintain verticality.
7. Before starting, place the operating lever in neutral. After starting, perform a dry run test to check that the instruments, temperature, sound system, brakes, and other functions are functioning properly before operation. 8. When drilling, slowly lower the drill rod and align the drill bit with the hole. Drilling can begin when the ammeter pointer deflects to the no-load state. During drilling, if the ammeter exceeds the rated current, slow down the drill.#hammer pile driving machine#
9. If the drill becomes stuck during drilling, immediately disconnect the power supply and stop drilling. Do not force the drill to start until the cause is determined.
11. In the event of a power outage, return all controllers to zero, disconnect the power supply, and promptly remove all drill rods from the hole, ensuring the drill bit is in contact with the ground.
12. When the drilling rig is operating, prevent the electrical cable from becoming entangled in the drill rod; always have dedicated personnel on duty.
13. While drilling, do not manually remove dirt from the auger. If the drum auger is loose, stop the machine immediately and tighten it before continuing.
14. After the operation, lift the drill rod and drill bit out of the hole. First, clear any dirt from the drill rod and spiral blades. Then, press the drill bit down to the ground, apply all brakes, place the joystick in neutral, and disconnect the power.
15. When the drill bit is worn to 20 mm, it should be replaced.
The method is just a method; the key lies in the implementation. Safety is paramount. Even if it takes a little time, safety precautions must be taken. Safety comes first!#hammer pile driving machine#
