Based on our years of experience as a drilling rig manufacturer, the lack of movement of vehicles in Qidong City is mainly due to the following reasons. Severe battery depletion or internal sulfurization caused by; Damage to the key switch or starting relay; Poor contact between the battery and the starter motor, such as loose connections, oxidized terminals, etc; The suction and pulling coils of the starting motor are burnt out. Some time ago, a customer experienced this kind of malfunction. After our after-sales personnel explained and investigated, it was caused by a quality problem with the starter relay, which resulted in the starter motor's suction coil heating up for a long time and being damaged; The improper wiring of the power cord caused a sudden change in local resistance, which accelerated the occurrence of the fault. After discovering the problem, our manufacturer replaced the starting relay with a new one for the customer, and no problems have occurred so far.
