When the power bit rotates, the bit bears the changing force of the drill rod when drilling and throwing soil, and the steel wire is removed by its own rotation. The change force transfer of the wire rope caused by the rotation of the drill pipe avoids the kinking, winding, cracking and other conditions caused by the change of the wire rope, which brings a lot of trouble. Therefore, under high tension conditions, the lifting device should have good tensile strength and sensitive rotation ability.
Precautions for the use of inducers
1. Grease should be added before the induction wheel is used, or when the small rotary drill is used for a long time. After injection, the rolling joint ensures that it can roll without sticking together.
2. Turn off and remove the oil. Oil (butter gun, etc.) is slowly injected into the butter nozzle until the lower end of the joint is tightened and the plug overflows. Foreign bodies enter the oil passage.
3, in the pin end, hoist and hoist both ends, the U-groove joint is placed in the drill pipe ear hole, through the lower pin shaft, flat pad, spring ring, stop pin installation; The main winding wire rope and U-G ring connecting slots, holes, pins, flat washers, spring rings, pins are installed.
4. Before installing the drill pipe, it is necessary to ensure the flatness of the U-shaped groove of the lower joint of the traction device and the ground, so that the guide can move up and down in the direction of the straight line and the ground. Slowly increase the main lifting mechanism until the drill pipe is installed.
