Second, when the rotary drilling rig engine oil appears a large consumption
Failure analysis: When there is a large amount of engine oil consumption, it is usually due to the oil entering the combustion chamber and leakage. The main reason for the oil entering the combustion chamber is that the engine oil pressure is too high or the engine parts have been severely worn, resulting in too much clearance. The oil leakage is caused by the aging of the engine gasket and the valve sticking.
Solution: If this situation occurs, contact the repair manufacturer in time for maintenance.
Third, the engine noise of the caterpillar rotary excavator becomes louder, the throttle has a huge roar, and the body has an obvious vibration
Failure analysis: In such cases, the vehicle should first be lifted off the ground using a jack to see if there are signs of damage to the bottom of the engine protection plate. If the bottom protection plate has serious signs of bump, it will cause serious deformation and make it close to the oil pan. In this case, when stepping on the accelerator to accelerate, the bottom protection plate and the oil pan frequently contact, thus making noise and causing strong vibration of the car body.
