Rotary drilling rigs are considered "miracle machines" in piling machinery. This is mainly because they can adapt to various terrains, and they offer fast drilling speeds, high efficiency, and low pollution. Combined with various drilling tools, they are flexible, convenient, and easy to operate, making them increasingly popular with construction companies in recent years. Today, Liqiang Machinery Company will guide you through how rotary drilling rigs operate.#rig machine price#
First, we need to understand the drilling principle of a rotary drilling rig. It primarily uses a drill bit with cutting tools (drill teeth), driven by the rotation of a telescopic drill rod, to cut and excavate the soil layer, simultaneously loading it into a drill bucket. When the drill bucket is full, it is pulled out of the hole to unload the soil. This cycle is repeated to achieve drilling. The pressure and torque transmission sequence during rotary drilling rig operation is as follows: Pressure: Power head cylinder, power head drill rod, drill bit, drill teeth; Torque: Power head motor, reducer, power head hub, drill rod, drill bit, drill teeth. This shows that the power of a rotary drilling rig is converted into the required drilling pressure and torque. The utilization rate of this pressure and torque during transmission depends on the drill rod and drill bucket, with the key parameter of the drill bucket being the bucket teeth. Different drilling rigs will produce different drilling results.
In fact, operating a small rotary drilling rig is very simple; one person can complete the operation. For customers who purchase drilling rigs from our Liqiang Rotary Drilling Rig factory, don't worry about operation; we have professional technicians to provide free training. We would also like to remind everyone that when purchasing a small rotary drilling rig, it is essential to buy from a reputable large company with complete qualifications for greater reliability!#rig machine price#
