How Should The Reducer in The Rotary Drilling Rig Be Maintained?

Actually, the maintenance of the gearbox is very simple. As long as the lubricating oil is replaced regularly and the vulnerable parts inside the gearbox are replaced regularly, the normal operation of the gearbox can be ensured. Specifically, it can be divided into the following aspects.

Regular replacement of lubricating oil.

A. The first time using or replacing the worm gear, changing the lubricating oil after running for 150-400 hours, and the subsequent oil change cycle is less than or equal to 4000 hours.

B. Regularly check the amount and quality of oil, retain sufficient lubricating oil, and promptly replace oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated.

C. The oil injection amount must be in accordance with the requirements of the table. Different grades of oil are prohibited from being mixed, and oils with the same grade but different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.

D. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40 to+40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ or low freezing point lubricating oil must be used before starting.
