In order to improve the efficiency of Rotary excavation, the process of working hours should be shortened as much as possible. Mainly from four aspects: drill bit, drilling technology, operational skills, and organizational and management performance.
(1) Drilling performance.
Shortening the drilling speed is mainly controlled by the system, which can automatically adjust and control drilling parameters according to changes in the geological conditions of the hole, and timely select, adjust, and maintain the optimal drilling project. The drilling efficiency of the rotary drilling rig is crucial for the rotary pressure system and water supply system. During the automatic tracking process of the wire rope winding, the drilling speed and drilling speed of the drill pipe will not be automatically tracked, which will result in reduced speed penetration (that is to say, the drilling footage of the drill pipe is determined by the wire rope sling and penetration). The pressure feedback to the system speed is greater than or equal to the drilling speed, which can fully utilize the pressure of functional feed. Drilling rig designers can effectively utilize the modern rotary drilling high-efficiency drilling mechanism by handling the relationship between three parameters.
(2) Drilling technology.
The statistical data of spin drilling process shows that pure drilling time accounts for 30%, while lifting, slag discharge time (70%), and drilling process parameters are the focus of our research. We will select the ideal drilling speed based on the formation of softness and hardness, stable borehole wall, and drill pipe diameter according to Table 4-2,4.3 drilling pressure and speed.
(3) Operational skills.
A modern rotary drilling rig that integrates rotary drilling, electrical, and hydraulic components. It has its own characteristics, and in drilling technology, rotary drilling rigs also have many different features compared to traditional drilling. Due to the simple, accurate, flexible, and intuitive development and operation control process of the equipment's operation control machine, electrical, and hydraulic integrated control system, the construction quality can be effectively guaranteed. If operators lack an understanding of modern equipment, it is impossible to effectively utilize its functions. Operators, for example, cannot unlock the type of drill rod structure. If the hole at the bottom of the drill barrel is opened in reverse, accidents will cause the drill rod to malfunction.
(4) Organize and manage the mechanism of rotary drilling.
Protective devices to prevent accidents and improve efficiency are the most effective methods.
(1) To ensure the safety of the equipment and avoid sticking and drilling accidents;
(2) Improve the reliability of the equipment, avoid critical wear of the power head control or leakage of internal lining wear, drill pipe twisting or shear keys, and shutdown;
(3) It is necessary to fully estimate the ability of the equipment to adapt to various geological formations, and not exceed the engineering equipment (such as high consolidation strength and hard rock of gravel layers);
(4) Protect the hydraulic system from serious leakage, maintain equipment stability and prevent the drilling machine from functioning properly;
(5) In order to improve work efficiency, it is necessary to choose suitable drill rods and reasonable cutting angles, and promptly replace the drill bit teeth for wear.
