1. Before installing the pile driver, the site must be leveled to ensure the ground bearing capacity reaches at least 35 kPa.

2. During installation, the distance between the two longitudinal traveling mechanisms must be strictly controlled to ensure accurate alignment of the chassis platform.

3. When connecting the power supply, the voltage must be carefully checked to ensure it is within the rated range.

4. When connecting hydraulic lines, avoid forced bending and take care to prevent excessive hydraulic oil loss.

5. Before installing the counterweight, all fasteners must be checked; the counterweight must not be installed until they are tightened.

6. After installation, the entire machine should be fully test-run, especially the crane used for pile lifting, which must undergo a full-load test lift to ensure safety.

7. Before operation, all transmission mechanisms, gearboxes, protective covers, and other components must be carefully inspected to ensure they are in good condition and securely connected.

8. Simultaneously check the crane's hoisting and luffing mechanisms, as well as the lifting gear, wire ropes, brakes, etc., to ensure they are working properly. 9. Also check the cable surface for damage, ensure the protective grounding resistance meets specifications, verify the power supply voltage is normal, and confirm the rotation direction is correct.

17. When raising the pile driver, ensure that the four raising cylinders operate alternately in pairs, with each stroke strictly controlled within 100mm. If operating a single raising cylinder, the stroke must not exceed 50mm.

18. During pile driving, non-operating personnel must maintain a distance of at least 10m from the pile driver, and standing under the stacking arm of the stacking machine is strictly prohibited.

19. Maintain the verticality of the pile during pile driving. If underground obstacles cause the pile to tilt, do not use the pile driver's movement to correct it. Instead, pull out the pile, remove the obstacle, and re-insert the pile.

20. If slippage occurs between the clamping mechanism and the pile side, do not arbitrarily increase the hydraulic cylinder pressure to force operation. Identify and resolve the cause of the slippage before continuing pile driving.

21. If the pile's penetration resistance is too high, preventing it from reaching the design elevation, do not arbitrarily add counterweights. Protect hydraulic components and parts from damage. 22. When the pile top cannot reach the design elevation, the top portion of the pile should be removed. Forcing the pile body forward using the pile driver's movement is strictly prohibited.

23. If pile driving causes the surrounding soil to bulge, affecting the movement of the pile driver, the bulging portion should be leveled; forced passage is prohibited.

24. When the pile driver is moving, the inclination angle between the long and short boats and the horizontal plane must not exceed 5°. During longitudinal movement, both handles must be operated simultaneously; operating only one is prohibited.

25. During the lifting process, the boat-shaped track must not press on the top of a single pile that has already been driven into the ground.

26. The use of the crane and winch mounted on the pile driver must strictly adhere to relevant regulations.

27. After operation, the short boat should be moved to the middle position and parked on a level surface. Simultaneously, ensure that all hydraulic cylinders are fully retracted, the crane hook is raised to the highest position, and all brakes are engaged. Finally, the exposed piston rod should be cleaned.

28. After the operation is completed, the controller must be set to the "zero position," and the power supply to each part must be disconnected in sequence, and doors and windows must be locked. If used in winter, all accumulated water must be drained.

29. If the site needs to be moved, disassembly should be carried out according to the prescribed procedures, and the equipment should be transported by truck.
