Operating Instructions for Tracked Rotary Drilling Rigs: Piling rig operators should pay attention to the following points during the piling process to avoid accidents!#types of borehole drilling machine#

1. A red light should be installed on the top of the column of the tracked rotary drilling rig (hereinafter referred to as the rotary drilling rig). It must be illuminated at night as a height warning sign. The user shall install it according to the actual situation.
2. A lightning rod should be connected to the top of the column of the tracked rotary drilling rig as required. Work should be stopped in case of lightning strike.#types of borehole drilling machine#
3. The tracks of the rotary drilling rig should be on the ground when working.
4. If the working wind force is greater than level 6, the piling machine should be stopped. Hydraulic cylinders should be used for auxiliary support, and guy ropes should be added for fixation if necessary.
5. During tracked piling operations, avoid collisions between the drill rod, reinforcing cage, etc., and the column.
6. The piling frame must not be moved once the drill rod or pile is driven into the ground.
7. When the tracked rotary drilling rig is drilling, the ammeter current must not exceed 100A. When the current exceeds 100A, the drill rod should be stopped from being lowered, but the power head should continue drilling. The drill rod can only be slowly lowered again when the current drops below 100A and stabilizes.
8. When applying pressure to the driven pile, the front of the pile frame should not be lifted.
9. The crawler-mounted pile frame moves and moves the pile position. The pile frame uses tracks to move and a slewing mechanism to rotate, allowing for accurate alignment with the pile position. If the pile frame position does not meet the pile position requirements, it can move forward or backward or rotate.#types of borehole drilling machine#
