There are precautions to take when operating a rotary drilling rig. The general regulations and drilling regulations for rotary drilling rigs have been introduced above. Today, Shandong Liqiang, a rotary drilling rig manufacturer, will continue to discuss the operating regulations for drilling rigs in non-drilling operations.#drill system#

Regulations for drilling rig operation during non-drilling operations:
1. Drilling operations during non-drilling operations include loading and unloading drill tools, loading and unloading drill rods, relocating the working point, retracting the boom and lowering the mast, and inspecting and debugging the machine.
2. All drilling rig operations during non-drilling operations must be conducted under the unified command of a person. No operation is permitted without a commander.#drill system#
3. The commander must use standardized hand signals and carefully guide the drilling rig's operation.
4. The drilling rig should be operated at the lowest possible engine speed during non-drilling operations. It is strictly forbidden to increase the throttle during non-drilling operations, and it is strictly forbidden to use the air conditioning in the cab.
5. Loading and unloading drill rods and assembling the mast must be completed during the day or at night when lighting conditions are adequate.
6. Requirements for the geographical and climatic conditions of the work site:
(1) The site must be flat and firm, as determined by the alcohol level gauge on the equipment and by experience.
(2) Safety signs must be set up if there are boreholes, blind piles, or soft soil areas on the site. (3) Drilling rigs must not operate near high-voltage power lines. If, due to site conditions, operation near a power line is necessary, protective measures must be taken and a safe distance maintained: A distance of at least 3 meters should be maintained from normal high-voltage power lines. The mast must be at least 5 meters away from 50,000V high-voltage lines. When the voltage exceeds 50,000V, the distance should be increased by 1.5 meters for every 1,000V increase.
(4) During any operation, ensure that the tilt of the mast does not exceed its design limits. When the tilt limit indicator light illuminates, immediate adjustment measures should be taken.
(5) During the rainy season, drainage measures must be in place at the work site.
(6) In the event of winds exceeding level six or thunderstorms, the mast should be lowered, the power supply shut off, and all operations cease.
(7) During windy and sandy weather, no disassembly, replacement of parts, opening of covers for oil changes, or other maintenance work should be performed. In special circumstances, reliable wind and sand protection measures must be implemented before proceeding. (8) When working at night or in dense fog or sandstorms, increase lighting and operate with caution.
(9) After the project is completed, the drilling rig must be cleaned, paying particular attention to cleaning the sediment inside the drill rod.#drill system#
