Before construction, the drilling rig must first be towed to the designated pile hole location. Then, drilling tools and other pre-construction preparations are carried out. Once these are complete, work can begin. First, the drill bit is gently brought to the ground, rotated, and drilled, using its own weight as drilling pressure to better ensure pile foundation accuracy. The drill bit is filled with soil and sand, lifted out of the hole, and the groundwater level is monitored, with water added as needed to prevent collapse. The rotary drilling rig is then rotated back, and the soil and sand in the drill bit are dumped onto a dump truck or the ground. The drill bit valve is closed, the rotary drilling rig is rotated back to its original position, and the rotating body is locked. This process is repeated until the designed depth is reached. The next step is to install the casing. After the casing is installed, a reinforcing cage is placed, followed by the guide pipe. After the guide pipe is inserted, a second hole cleaning is performed.
