Operating Instructions for Tracked Rotary Drilling Rigs: Piling rig operators should pay attention to the following points during piling to avoid accidents!#rotary drilling rigs#
1. A red light should be installed on the top of the tracked rotary drilling rig's (hereinafter referred to as the rotary drilling rig) column. This light must be illuminated at night as a height warning sign. The user should install it according to the actual situation.
2. A lightning rod should be properly connected to the top of the tracked rotary drilling rig's column. Work should be stopped immediately in the event of a lightning strike.#rotary drilling rigs#
3. The tracks of the rotary drilling rig should be close to the ground during operation.
4. If the working wind force exceeds level 6, the piling rig should be stopped. Hydraulic cylinders should be used for auxiliary support, and guy ropes should be added for securing it if necessary.
5. During tracked piling operations, avoid collisions between the drill rod, reinforcing cage, etc., and the column.
6. Once the drill rod or pile has entered the ground, it is strictly forbidden to move the piling frame.
7. When drilling with a crawler rotary drilling rig, the ammeter current must not exceed 100A. If the current exceeds 100A, the drill rod should be lowered immediately, but the power head should continue drilling. The drill rod can only be lowered slowly again when the current drops below 100A and stabilizes.
8. When applying pressure to a driven pile, the front of the pile frame should not be lifted.
9. The crawler pile frame moves and moves the pile position. The pile frame uses tracks to move and a slewing mechanism to rotate, allowing for accurate alignment with the pile position. If the pile frame position does not meet the pile position requirements, it can move forward or backward or rotate.#rotary drilling rigs#
