(1) Fast construction speed.
Due to the rotary drilling rig construction, the rock and soil are crushed by the rotary drill bit with a valve at the bottom, and the rock and soil are directly loaded into the drill bucket and lifted to the ground. There is no need to crush the rock and soil and return the mud to the outside of the hole. The average advance per minute can reach about 50cm. The construction efficiency can be improved by 5 to 6 times compared with the drilling and punching pile drivers in suitable strata.
(2) High construction accuracy. The depth, verticality, drilling pressure, and soil capacity of the drill barrel can be controlled by the computer of the machine body during the construction process.
(3) Low noise. The noise of the rotary drilling rig construction mainly comes from the sound of the machine body engine, and the other parts have almost no friction sound, which is particularly suitable for use in urban areas or residential areas.
(4) Environmental protection. The amount of mud used in the construction of rotary drilling pile drivers is relatively small. The main function of the mud during the construction process is to increase the stability of the hole wall. Even in areas with relatively good soil stability, clean water can be used instead of mud for drilling construction, which greatly reduces the discharge of mud, has relatively little impact on the surrounding environment, and saves the cost of transporting mud.

(5) It can move by itself and is easy to move.
As long as the bearing capacity of the site can meet the deadweight requirements of the rotary pile driver, it can move by itself on the crawler without the need for other machinery.
(6) The degree of mechanization is relatively high. During the construction process, there is no need for manual removal and assembly of the drill rod, and no need for mud slag removal, which can reduce the labor intensity of workers and save human resources.

No need to provide power supply.
Currently, the small rotary drilling rigs used in the market are powered by the diesel engine of the fuselage, which is particularly suitable for construction sites without electricity. At the same time, it also saves the need for cable hauling, laying and protection, and is relatively safe.
(8) Under the same conditions, the bearing capacity of a single pile is higher than that of a bored pile. Since the small rotary drilling rig uses the bottom angle blade of the barrel to cut the soil to form a hole, the hole wall is relatively rough after the hole is formed. Compared with bored piles, there is almost no mud coating on the hole wall. After the pile is formed, the degree of integration between the pile body and the soil is relatively high, and the bearing capacity of a single pile is relatively high.
(9) It is applicable to a wide range of strata. If corresponding technical control is carried out during the construction process of the rotary drilling rig, due to the diversity of drill bits configured for the rotary drilling rig, the rotary drilling rig can be applied to various strata. In the same pile construction process, the rotary drilling rig can complete the entire process without the need to use other machines to cooperate with the hole formation.
(10) It is easy to manage. Due to the characteristics of the rotary drilling rig itself, the number of machines and personnel required in the construction process of the same drilling and punching pile is greatly reduced. At the same time, the electricity requirement is not high. From a management perspective, it is easy to manage and saves management costs.
(11) Low price, low investment cost and fast return
The advent of small rotary drilling rigs in recent years has greatly reduced the purchase cost of drilling equipment in foundation construction. Equipment that costs less than one million yuan has been launched one after another. Some people even invest hundreds of thousands of yuan to own a set of construction equipment and become a boss easily.
