Rotary drilling rigs are increasingly used in various industrial construction projects in people's daily lives. As the saying goes, "A good horse needs a good saddle," and a good rotary drilling rig also requires good operating skills. So, what operational precautions should be taken after starting a rotary drilling rig? Northern Foundation Rental, a rotary drilling rig manufacturer, will discuss this in detail today.#multi drilling machine#
When starting a rotary drilling rig, the engine should be allowed to idle for 2 minutes (5 minutes in winter) to check the instruments and indicator lights for normal operation. If there are no abnormalities, drilling can proceed normally. During operation, blindly increasing pressure is prohibited. The boost pressure should be controlled at around 300 Pa, and the rotation pressure at around 100 Pa.#multi drilling machine#

Regularly check that the wire rope is neatly arranged on the main winch drum. If it is misaligned, rewind it. Regularly check the condition of the union; if the wire rope is found to be twisted, inspect the union and replace it if necessary.
When using the soil-spinning motor, first press and hold the electric control button on the handle. After the system pressure reaches 15 Pa, slowly operate the handle to the maximum position. When stopping, slowly return the handle to its original position before releasing the button. Never release the electric control button suddenly before the handle has returned to its original position.#multi drilling machine#
