There are many reasons for high hydraulic oil temperature. These include: dirt clogging the oil passages in the radiator; excessive dirt clogging the air ducts outside the radiator; poor sealing of the hydraulic oil tank; and severe wear of the main pump. In general, high hydraulic oil temperature has two main causes:
One is that heat is generated too quickly,

1. The main reason is excessive heat generation. This can be caused by: leaks in the hydraulic pump inlet pipe (due to poor sealing), a poorly sealed hydraulic oil tank, a clogged inlet filter, obstructed hydraulic system lines, severe wear and internal leakage in the hydraulic pump, or excessively high hydraulic oil viscosity.
2. Slow heat dissipation can also cause high temperatures. This can be caused by blockages in the hydraulic oil cooler's internal channels, excessive dust on the radiator's exterior, insufficient radiator fan power, hydraulic oil not passing through the cooler, high ambient temperature, or prolonged operation under direct sunlight.#percussion rig#
II. Having analyzed the causes of high oil temperature, how can we avoid or resolve them?
If the main pump is severely worn, replace the rocker arm assembly, pump chamber, plunger, etc.; replace the distributor valve with a repair kit and check for leaks in the hydraulic fluid. Replace the travel distributor with a repair kit; resize the engine pulley on a lathe to increase airflow; cut off the base plate on one side of the radiator and replace it with a mesh plate; wrap the hydraulic oil tank with a heat insulation pad; check the hydraulic circuit back pressure valve.
