1. The main cause is excessive heat generation. 2. Slow heat dissipation can also cause excessive oil temperature. This can be due to: blockages in the hydraulic oil cooler's internal channels leading to excessive oil temperature; excessive dust on the radiator's exterior leading to insufficient heat dissipation; insufficient radiator fan power leading to insufficient heat dissipation; hydraulic oil not passing through the hydraulic oil cooler leading to excessive oil temperature; and high ambient temperature, especially prolonged operation under direct sunlight.
Having analyzed the causes of high oil temperature, how can we avoid or solve them?
If the main pump is severely worn, replace the rocker arm assembly, pump chamber, plunger, etc.; replace the distributor valve with a repair kit and stop the oil leak; replace the travel distributor with a repair kit; turn the engine pulley smaller on a lathe to increase the air intake; cut off the base plate on one side of the radiator and replace it with a mesh plate; wrap the oil tank with a heat insulation pad; check the hydraulic circuit back pressure valve.#piling pile#
