First, we need to understand the causes of insufficient torque in the rotary drilling rig's power head. According to our technicians' analysis, the main causes include insufficient engine power, hydraulic circuit problems, sequence valve problems, stacked spring problems, overflow valve problems on the replenishing valve, and insufficient pressure in the main oil pipe without passing through the replenishing valve and overflow valve. We will analyze and solve each of these issues one by one. When engine power is insufficient, symptoms include abnormal engine noise, black smoke, and a drop in engine speed. For hydraulic circuit problems, carefully check the sequence valve circuit and the main oil pipe circuit. If it's a sequence valve problem, adjust the sequence valve directly. For stacked spring problems, check the stacked spring in the reducer. If it's a problem with the overflow valve on the replenishing valve, readjust the overflow valve pressure and release the pressure. If the main oil pipe pressure is insufficient without passing through the replenishing valve and overflow valve, the pressure value needs to be readjusted.
