Scope of Work: Clearly define the scope and responsibilities to prevent omissions in the quotation.
Contract Documents: Include modifications and supplements regarding project changes, increased workload, and payment arrangements as appendices.
Materials and Processes: Material procurement, usage, approval requirements, and approval dates; construction machinery, equipment, and materials. Specify who will provide materials, fuel, water, and electricity.
2. Team Composition
Crane and Rotary Drilling Rig Operator: Lifting and lowering reinforcing cages, guide pipes, drilling tools, and other debris; leveling the site and clearing excavated soil.
Rack Operator: Assisting managers in developing construction plans; operating and maintaining the drilling rig; guiding welders in repairing drilling tools.
Site Management: Familiarizing themselves with contract terms; developing construction plans and technical solutions; determining pile locations; maintaining records of commencement, construction, and acceptance; organizing personnel and equipment; assigning tasks; coordinating with the project department and supervisor; procuring necessary construction materials and daily protective equipment.
Electric Welder: Providing on-site water and electricity; repairing the drilling rig and drilling tools.
