Working Principle Of Rotary Drilling Rig

#Rotary Drilling Rig# The rotary drilling rig drills holes by crushing the rock and soil through the rotation of the drill bit, and the crushed soil is loaded into the drill bit. The drilling rig's lifting device and telescopic drill are then used to lift the drill bit out of the hole to unload the soil. This cycle is repeated, continuously unloading soil until the designed depth is reached.#hammer drill rig#

What Is The Price Of A Small Rotary Drilling Rig? Which Manufacturer Is Best?

The operating principle is as follows: the rotary drilling rig's engine system provides operating power, which is transmitted to the power unit via the hydraulic system. The rotation of the power unit transmits torque to the drill, causing the drill bit, mounted on the drill pipe, to rotate. Simultaneously, the pressure provided by the pressure coil is transmitted through the drill pipe to the drill bit, enabling it to cut and crush the rock and soil. Once the drill bit reaches the desired depth, the main winch rotates and the oil rim is simultaneously raised. Once the drill bit reaches the surface, the upper carriage rotates, driving the drill bit to the designated unloading position for soil unloading. During unloading, the drill bit is raised so that the upper column of the rotary bucket hits the impact plate at the lower end of the power unit. This force exerts on the column, opening the rotary bucket's floor and enabling the unloading operation. The rig then rotates to the drilling position, beginning the next cycle. When the required depth is reached, the bored pile operation is complete.#hammer drill rig#
